Smart Notebook
A smart notebook is a program used in an interactive presentation. Its use requires one to have a smart board to provide multiple ways to enhance presenting lessons. It is more of a teaching tool that enhances students’ relationship, hence enriching the learning experience (Westerinen, Allard, Estrada & Dougherty, 2015). The pros of using a smart notebook are it offers full control, thus makes interaction easy and flexible. However, they are expensive and may require much time to understand using them.
Adobe Connect
Adobe Connect categorized as, presentation software used to create information on web conferencing, learning modules, and user desktop sharing. It gives total control enabling one to develop skills that include branding and content development. It is a teaching and a learning tool that is fast, efficient, and produces positive outcomes. However, it requires skills to manage the software and sometimes it is expensive to purchase and install.
Adobe Captivate
Adobe Captivate is a tool used for generating e-learning content such as software demonstrations, software simulations, branched scenarios, and randomized quizzes. It is a new technology that provides interaction among people in a different geographical location. Hence, it is a useful tool for both learning and teaching (Westerinen, Allard, Estrada & Dougherty, 2015). For instance, students can get their online education through this software and teachers can also sell their lectures all around the world through the same device. The benefit of adobe captivate is its versatility compatible, and it utilizes less time. The cons are that it can crush, tends to experience network failure, and costly to use.
Camtasia
Camtasia software is a program for creating video tutorials and presentation right through screencast developed and published by Tec smith. Due to its powerful and extensive latest features, it gives a person a chance to record, edit, and share videos on different platforms with essential skills for a given project. The benefits of Camtasia software are that it is reliable and its outcome is good quality. However, it is costly to purchase (Zarour, Abran, Desharnais & Alarifi, 2015).

As such, in the presented setting, the most appropriate software are Adobe Connect, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia.
